Terms and Conditions - Shipping, Packaging and Delivery Guarantee
1. Processing and sending orders
Orders are processed and shipped within a maximum of 48 business hours of receipt and confirmation of payment. In exceptional cases, the processing time may be extended for reasons beyond the seller's control. Once shipped, the customer receives a tracking number.
2. Delivery times
Delivery times are approximate and depend on the chosen delivery method:
• Standard delivery: 4-14 business days
• Express delivery: 2-4 business days
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. The seller cannot guarantee an exact delivery date, as it depends on the logistics companies.
3. Packaging and confidentiality
All orders are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. Shipments have a neutral and discreet appearance, typical of typical online stores, with no indication of the package's contents. The seller reserves the right to limit delivery to countries with high customs risks.
4. Delivery Guarantee and Resend Policy
4.1 First order (offer for new customers): In case of non-delivery due to postal or logistical reasons, the seller will compensate for the loss and provide free re-shipment once.
4.2 Subsequent orders: Reshipment is only possible with additional shipping insurance. Without insurance, the seller is not obligated to reship the order or reimburse its cost.
5. Client's responsibility
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the shipping information provided. In the event of an error, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
6. Force majeure
The seller is not responsible for delays or failure to deliver caused by force majeure circumstances, including weather conditions, strikes, government decisions or overload of logistics companies.
7. Delivery zones
We ship exclusively to the following countries: Germany, the United Kingdom, France, Italy, Spain, Poland, Romania, the Netherlands, Austria, Belgium, the Czech Republic, Greece, Portugal, Hungary, Bulgaria, Slovakia, Ireland, Croatia, Slovenia, Luxembourg, Andorra, Monaco, San Marino, and the United States. We do not ship to EU island regions (e.g., the Canary Islands).
