Refund Policy

This policy covers shipping and reshipment issues only. Refunds are not provided.

1. Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, refunds are not provided. We strive to provide the highest quality products and ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

If any problems arise with an order (non-receipt, delivery delay, or other logistical difficulties), the customer is obligated to contact us, providing a detailed description of the situation and, if possible, supporting photographs.

2. No cash refund

Refunds are not provided under any circumstances. This policy provides for reshipment only, in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth below.

3. Delivery guarantee for your first order

A special delivery guarantee is provided for your first order. If your parcel is not received due to postal, logistical, or customs issues, the seller will compensate for the loss and provide a free one-time reshipment.

4. Repeat orders and shipping insurance

Starting from the second order, re-shipment is possible only with additional delivery insurance.

• The cost of insurance is 10% of the total cost of the order; • Insurance is issued when placing an order;

• The cost of insurance is non-refundable;

• If there is no insurance, reshipment and compensation will not be provided.

5. Incorrect delivery details

The customer is fully responsible for the accuracy of the delivery information provided. In the event of non-delivery due to an address error, reshipment will be at the customer's expense.

6. Timeframes for recognizing a shipment as lost

The decision to re-ship will be made no earlier than 30 calendar days after the order was shipped, unless otherwise confirmed by the delivery service.

7. Limitation of Liability

The seller is not responsible for delays or failure to deliver caused by force majeure circumstances, including actions of customs authorities, decisions of government agencies, weather conditions, strikes and overload of logistics companies.
